Plot : DCP Raghavan(Kamal) a sincere and daring cop, goes on a mission to help Arokiya raj's(Prakash raj) missing daughter, who's a colleague to him. In the investigation he finds out Arokiya raj's daughter's dead body. Arokiya raj and his wife left for New York to get away from the pain of their daughter's death. After 3 months Raghavan came to know that both of them also murdered. He started leaving to New York for the investigation. Raghavan reminisces his wife Kayalvizhi(Mukherjee), while travelling on flight.
Raghavan Starts his investigation along with Anderson, a NYDP officer. Raghavan meets Aradhana(Jyothika), who is staying next door in the hotel where he check-in. Raghavan helps Aradhana who's in relationship problems with his husband Arun. Later they both sign on divorce papers. There starts the friendship between Raghavan and Aradhana. Later Raghavan finds out that there may be psycho killers behind the murders as he found a similarities between Arokiya Raj's daughter's murder and an unsolved murder case of Chandana. What happen next is the remaining story.

Review : Ye Maaya Chesave is simulteneously shot in Tamil as Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya with STR and Trisha in lead roles. Both the versions are super-hits in their respective industries. Rahman's melodious music, urban love track , chemistry between lead pair everything is at it's best. Being technically strong, Ye Maaya Chesave also serves the controversial point of inter-religious relationships. Finally YMC remains as one of the best classic love story in TFI.

Soon over Reena also starts loving him. Rajesh decided to reveal his true identity but before that she finds out the real Rajiv and then she realized that she had been cheated and breaks up with Rajesh.
Rajesh decided to convince Reena's would-be but he came to know that Rajiv is his rival Sam in his college days. What happened next is the remaining story.
Review : Minnale is the debut venture of GVM as a film maker. Menon made a cult movie with his newly arrived technicians in industry that time.
